عروض الأسعار والحجز

كل عرض سعر يعتمد على نوع المناسبة، التاريخ، عدد الضيوف ونطاق الخدمات. لا يعتبر الموعد محجوزاً إلا بعد الموافقة على العرض واستلام الدفعة المتفق عليها.

Quotations and booking

Each quotation depends on event type, date, guest count and service scope. A date is not reserved until the quotation is accepted and the agreed payment is received.

التعديلات والمواعيد

يتم تحديد عدد جولات التعديل ومواعيد التسليم في عرض السعر. أي تغييرات كبيرة أو طلبات إضافية بعد الموافقة قد تحتاج إلى تكلفة ووقت إضافيين.

Revisions and timelines

Revision rounds and delivery dates are stated in the quotation. Major changes or additional requests after approval may require extra time and cost.

المحتوى والمسؤولية

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة الأسماء والتواريخ والمواقع والمحتوى المرسل. يجب مراجعة النسخة النهائية والموافقة عليها قبل النشر أو الطباعة.

Content and responsibility

The client is responsible for the accuracy of submitted names, dates, locations and content. Final versions must be reviewed and approved before publishing or printing.

الإلغاء والجهات الخارجية

تخضع عمليات الإلغاء والاسترداد للشروط المحددة في عرض السعر. Vendora غير مسؤولة عن تأخير أو تغيير من جهات خارجية مثل القاعات والموردين والمنصات، لكنها ستساعد في التنسيق قدر الإمكان.

Cancellation and third parties

Cancellations and refunds follow the terms in the quotation. Vendora is not responsible for delays or changes by venues, suppliers or platforms, but will help coordinate where possible.
